We are seeking an experienced Industrial Sewer to join our 1st shift team. This position requires precision, consistency, and the ability to work with industrial fabrics and equipment to meet high-quality standards.
Job Responsibilities:

Operate industrial sewing machines, including double-needle equipment

Sew leather, vinyl, canvas, and other durable materials

Perform top stitching and work from specifications to ensure accuracy

Maintain consistent quality and attention to detail

Stay on task independently and meet production expectations
Job Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year industrial sewing experience

Experience sewing leather, vinyl, and canvas required

Ability to sew on double-needle machines and top stitch

Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred

Reliable transportation and strong attendance record

Must pass a sewing test
